Edward J. Nitkewicz and Paul M. McMahon founded Nitkewicz & McMahon, LLP in 2002 with the goal of offering their clients high quality legal representation and advice while paying particular attention to their individual and often unique needs. The firm's innovative style combines the comprehensive service of a large firm while maintaining the intimacy of a small firm.

Nitkewicz & McMahon, LLP proudly serves a diverse client base. While we concentrate in personal injury litigation, product liability and medical malpractice, we also represent individuals and companies in commercial matters, estate litigation and civil defense. Nitkewicz& McMahon has been retained by other firms and lawyers in the field to represent their clients, family and friends. We will continue our dedicated work representing the rights and interests of those injured due to negligence, malpractice and product defect.

Our firm now proudly represents families with special needs children who are seeking services from their school district. Last year, Edward Nitkewicz was appointed the Fundraising Chair of the Cody Center for Autism & Developmental Disabilities at Stony Brook University. He recently presented a seminar at the Cody Center entitled “How to effectively work with your School District to obtain special education services for your child.” We urge anyone whose life has been touched by Autism or other disability to contact us for any reason.
